This video is about HB-GPAC meeting August 6th 2014. Huntington Beach is going through a General Plan revision. We recently revealed that HB has paid PMC Consulting, a Global Warming focused firm, $2 million to produce our general plan. We have brought this to the City Council's attention and asked that the GP process be halted with no response. This is the followup meeting, the original consultant Tammy Seale, who is their global warming specialist, was not in attendance.
